Caffrey's Irish Cranberry Sauce Contains 45% cranberries per 100g. Cranberry Sauce is used all year round as a health giving food accompaniment. It is traditionally used with Roast Turkey, but it also delicious with Game, Ham and Chicken.

Caffrey's Tradiational Irish Ham Glaze contains a fusion of Mustard, Honey, Apple juice and a hint of Cider to give a unique blend. It is ideal for Baked Ham all year round and is delicious on grilled Gammon Steaks... topped with a pineapple ring, spare ribs and sausages. Simply pre heat oven to 160 degrees, place the ham in a roasting dish, cover with tinfoil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and trim the skin, score the fat and stud with cloves. Generously baste the ham with the glaze and return to the oven at 200 C for 15 to 30 minutes. Alternatively you can boil the ham as normal and then score the fat, add cloves, glaze the ham and bake in oven for max 30mins at 200 C degrees.
